Current university students that are on the path to entrepreneurship and high school students who want to launch a business are eligible for the scholarship award. We will be awarding $1,000 to a single deserving student who meets the criteria and wins our essay contest.
Nihar has spent years as a business owner and entrepreneur and would like to take the opportunity to give back to the next generation of entrepreneurs.
The Nihar Gala Scholarship for American Entrepreneurs announces our annual scholarship which is directed towards university business students and high school students who have an interest in entrepreneurship
To apply, the student should be a current university student in the United States who is studying business, or a high school student who has an interest in studying business and entrepreneurship. These students should have a keen interest to launch their own company when they graduate from school.
We will have an essay contest to award the winner. We will select one winner based on a creative essay of under 1000 words answering the following:
“Describe one of the most difficult events in your life, and how you overcame that event and learned from it to better yourself”
One time award of $1,000
The deadline to apply for the scholarship is August 15, 2022.
The winner for the scholarship will be announced September 15, 2022.
Applicant should email their response to the essay question “Describe one of the most difficult events in your life, and how you overcame that event and learned from it to better yourself” in Word Doc format to [email protected]
Along with the essay, please provide the following information:
